Chiropractic treatment is a non-invasive health care discipline that focuses on the spine and nervous system. Doctors of Chiropractic are specifically trained to detect and correct problems in the spine.  We do this primarily by finding fixations of joints, assessing posture, and observing movement.

To put movement in a joint that is fixated, the doctor utilizes a chiropractic adjustment to help restore normal function and motion.  Generally, this technique employs gentle pressure or a shallow thrust.  Adjustments can be made by hand and/or with the help of evidence-based instruments.  Most chiropractic treatment includes soft-tissue therapy along with the spinal adjustment.

Who Needs Chiropractic?

In our office, we treat nearly every non-emergency pain on the outside of the body.  That means that if you suffer from neck pain, low back pain, headaches, shoulder pain, and hip pain, chances are high that we could help you get relief without medications, injections, or surgery.

Spine care and adjustments have always been the specialty of a Chiropractor. With the addition of deep-tissue laser, active release techniques, and specific exercises, we can treat a wide variety of conditions.  These include TMJ disorders, neuropathy of the hands and feet, knee pain, plantar fascitis, and more.

Chiropractic adjustments are gentle and effective.
