Breakthrough in Natural Pain Relief

Adding Laser to our Practice

3 years ago my wife and I were at a chiropractic seminar that we attend annually. Each year new products and treatments are being touted as the next big thing to use for helping your patients.

We had seen laser therapy and were intrigued by some of the clinical research, but we remained skeptical. As we received our free treatments, spoke to other doctors in the field, and looked further into the research, it became clear to us that Class IV laser therapy was an absolute must have for my career in patient care.

Besides being a Star Wars fan and loving the idea of using lasers daily, what I love about it is that it is evidence and research-based, has zero side effects, and accelerates the body’s own healing processes.

If any of the below language bores you, I have put what you really need to know in bold.

Laser Research

Over 200 papers published on photobiomodulation (laser therapy) in 2018 alone.  40 years of research has finally led to the appropriate dosages for achieving amazing results!

How Laser Helps with Pain Relief and Recovery

Photoreceptor on mitochondria is stimulated to decrease reaction time for Cytochrome C to become Cytochrome C oxidase, increasing cellular respiration rate, releasing nitric oxide (which is bonded to Cytochrome C in a stressed cell) and restoring production of ATP

This biochemical reaction from photobiomodulation:

  • decreases pain
  • decreases inflammation
  • increases microcirculation
  • increases rate of tissue regeneration
  • while also reducing fibrous tissue formation (scar tissue).

⇒Pain Relief

Inhibits nociceptive (pain) action potential, interrupts formation of C and A-delta fibers, relaxes muscle spasms

⇒Anti-Inflammatory

Decreases TNF, IL-1, HIF-1, bradykinin;  increases beta endorphins and serotonin

⇒Advanced Healing and Tissue repair

Enhanced leukocyte infiltration and increased macrophage activity, fibroblast proliferation, promotion of early epithelialization, growth factor increases

So what does all this mean for you?

Combining laser therapy with our other treatments improves your chances of relieving your pain and healing completely.

It also helps us accomplish this in fewer visits, which saves you money.

Great results in fewer visits at an affordable price with little to no side effects!
